The conversion of these ATMs to fee charging machines, and the subsequent costs incurred by consumers is directly a result of LINKs obstinance and I hold them fully responsible. It is not too late for LINK to see sense and to at the very least pause the further cuts they have planned because if they continue, the ATM on Main Street will be the first of hundreds of further ATMs that will be forced to charge a fee or close completely.
